Iridology/Herbal &
Nutritional Consultations

During your initial 1½-hour session, Tessa uses a number of health assessment techniques to create a clear picture of your current state of health. One of her most interesting and insightful tools is iridology, a technique for analyzing the color and structure of the iris of the eye to gain valuable health information. This 150-year-old science helps identify inherited weaknesses, a need to cleanse or a need to rebuild a specific organ or system of the body. In addition to iridology, Tessa uses face, tongue and fingernail analysis for further evidence of the general wellness of the body. Using the vast array of information gathered during a session, Tessa will create a health action plan specific to your needs and health goals, taking the guess work out of creating and maintaining optimal health.

Individually Formulated
Bach Flower Remedies

Sometimes the key to finally regain our health is to heal our emotional wounds. Dr. Edward Bach, a physician in the early part of the 20th century, discovered that our ability to heal is directly related to our emotional health. During his lifetime he discovered 38 flower essences that he found to be beneficial for supporting emotional changes in his patients. Tessa has found the addition of specially formulated Bach Flower Remedies to be a critical component in the healing process for many of her clients as well. During a session you can speak freely about the emotional hurdles you are facing whether they are leftover from the past or brand new to your life. Single flower essences are selected to address your specific needs and combined to create the perfect remedy for your emotional wellness. Each formulation is accompanied by positive statements to help you to solidify the changes your wish to make in your emotional life and health.

Session and Bach Flower Remedy: $60
